Terms of Service

Effective Date: June 12, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OSHA Made Easy Student Access ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform is provided by OSHA Made Easy ("we," "us," or "our") for the purpose of delivering OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 construction safety training.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the Platform is by invitation only. User accounts are created by authorized administrators or instructors. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during account setup, including your legal name, security question answers, and agreement to these terms.

3. Authorized Use

The Platform is intended solely for enrolled students, instructors, and administrators of OSHA Made Easy training programs. You may not share your account, attempt to circumvent the time-tracking system, or use the Platform for any purpose other than completing your assigned OSHA training. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in account termination and forfeiture of training credit.

4. Training Requirements and Completion

OSHA 10 Construction requires a minimum of 10 hours of documented participation. OSHA 30 Construction requires a minimum of 30 hours. Time is tracked automatically while you actively use the Platform, including during offline use with resynchronization upon reconnecting. Falsifying attendance or time records is prohibited and may invalidate your certification.

5. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and study guides on the Platform are the exclusive property of OSHA Made Easy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course content without written permission. Your personal notes are your own property but are stored on our servers as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Data Collection and Use

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including time-on-platform, quiz responses, attendance records, and session data. This data is used to document your participation in OSHA-compliant training programs and to issue certificates of completion.

7. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and training, including magic links, enrollment confirmations, class schedules, and completion certificates. You may manage notification preferences in your account settings.

8. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are issued upon meeting all completion requirements as determined by the Platform. Certificates document completion of training hours and modules but do not constitute a guarantee of OSHA compliance or legal sufficiency for any particular employer or jurisdiction. Consult qualified legal counsel for compliance questions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. OSHA Made Easy is not responsible for outcomes resulting from reliance on course content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSHA Made Easy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

11. Account Termination and Data Deletion

You may request account deletion by contacting your administrator or instructor. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. Completion records required for OSHA documentation may be retained for the legally required retention period.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of competent jurisdiction.

For questions about these Terms, contact your instructor or platform administrator. Final legal review of this document is the operator's responsibility.
